The Morning After: A paper-like smartphone?

Realme, sister brand to Oppo and OnePlus, has unveiled its new GT 2 Pro flagship phone, and the most notable feature might not be the technical specs, but literally how you feel. The body of the phone uses an environmentally friendly biopolymer material on its back cover. It’s made from paper pulp, and has been awarded the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (or ISCC for short) as proof of its environmental merits.

Currently, the phone is launching in China on January 4, 2022, with the device eventually moving overseas later next year.
